Emails get lost or misplaced all the time, but did you know that many of the digital gift cards we offer can be accessed from the "My Orders" page in your mPLUS Rewards account? Here you can find a link to claim the code directly once the order has been approved! (Remember, it takes 3 business days for orders to be processed and approved, not including weekends and holidays.)
Here's what you need to do:
- Go to the mPLUS Rewards portal in your app, or visit our Web portal on your PC or Internet-enabled device.
- At the top of the Home Feed, click on your Profile Picture.
- Once at your User Profile page, select "My Orders."
- This will take you to all of your Orders. Click the "Redemptions" tab at the top to see all of your purchased store items.
- Simply tap the "Redeem Gift Card" link by the order you're missing to view the gift card information.
NOTE: Not all gift cards are able to provide a "redeem gift card" link in your account.
Still can't find your reward? Submit a support request and we'll be happy to investigate. Be sure to include your Order Number and the email address associated with your mPLUS Rewards account.
Wondering About a Physical Reward?
If you order a physical reward, once the order has been approved, you will receive an email with a link to a form you must fill out to provide us your mailing address.
Once you've provided your mailing address, it can take up to 3 weeks for your item to reach you.
If you submitted your mailing address and it has been more than 3 weeks, you can submit a support request and we'll be happy to investigate. Be sure to include your Order Number and the email address associated with your mPLUS Rewards account.
