I entered my correct card number and it won't link! What's going on?

Every loyalty card, regardless of retailer, can only be linked once in our Loyalty Card Linking system. If the card you are trying to add is used by several family members, one of which has already added it to their mPLUS Rewards account, then you will be unable to add it to your account as well.

If this is the case and you need to switch which user has the card added, you are able to delete a card from an account. View the article here with steps on how to do so.
