Every order you place is reviewed by a real, live human being. For this reason, please allow 3 business days for your gift card rewards order to be processed. This does not include weekends or holidays.
If, at the end of the third business day, you still don't see your gift code in your inbox, first please check your spam and trash folders, in case it accidentally ended up in there (it happens!). If you still can't find it, please submit a support request by emailing email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number, and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
