I bought the product described in an offer and used my loyalty card, but I didn't get the points. Why?

In order to earn points listed in an offer, the offer needs to be activated in the Offers feed BEFORE making your purchase. Prior to checkout, go to your feed and make sure that there is a green check located next to the offer you are looking to redeem. This confirms the offer is activated. Also, make sure the loyalty card is linked to your mPLUS Rewards account.

 

Additionally, please wait up to 2 weeks after a purchase was made to see if your purchase shows up in your Redemption feed. Some offers will take longer to process than others.
