If you're trying to log in to your mPOINTS account and you get an error telling you that your email address isn't found, this means that we don't have an account in our system associated with that email address. Try logging in with a different email address, if you have one. If you originally registered with your Facebook account, you must log in to your account that way each time, or reset your password using the email address associated with your Facebook account.
