All My mPLUS Points Are Suddenly Gone!


Did your balance all of a sudden drop down to 0? Did you recently update the app or phone OS? Got a new phone?

  1. Click on your Profile Picture at the top left of the mPLUS Rewards Home Feed.
  2. Tap the Log Out button.
  3. You will be directed to the Log In page, where you need to select the "Sign Up | Sign In" button
  4. Then click the Sign In button found at the bottom of this page.
  5. Log In with the email address associated with your mPLUS Rewards account and your password. Be careful not to sign up and register a new one in the process! 

Your correct mPLUS Rewards balance should now display at the top of your screen.

However, there are a few cases where mPLUS Points can expire due to inactivity.
