I Entered a Contest & Lost Points.


When you clicked the Sweepstakes Entry option in the Rewards store, you purchased an entry into that contest, which cost you the number of points that were deducted from your balance.

No purchase is necessary to enter the contest (see the "Promotion Rules" section of our Terms of Use for details) and buying an extra entry doesn't guarantee you'll win - it just gets you an extra chance at winning! You'll be notified via email whether you won or not, so we wish you the best of luck. 

We regret that we cannot issue any refunds on contest entries.
