I Got a Notice That My Account Has Been Suspended.

If you've received a notice that your mPLUS Rewards account has been suspended, it's because we have traced more than one account to your internet connection or location due to a variety of factors.  

 If all of the accounts belong to you:

  • Please write support@mplusrewards.com from the email account you want to keep to let us know that is the one account you would like us to reinstate.
  • The other remaining accounts will stay suspended, and we will not be able to merge points or multiple accounts together.
  • We'll then reinstate that one account and approve all outstanding orders associated with the account.
  • You will remain a mPLUS Reward member in good standing, however if future terms of use violations occur after this warning, your account will be permanently banned.

If some of the accounts belong to other members of the same household:

  • Members of the same household can definitely each have their own account; however, it's against our terms of use for any individual user to have more than one account.
  • Please write support@mplusrewards.com to let us know which one account belongs to you by providing the following:
    1. First and last name
    2. Date of birth
    3. Mailing address or other form of verifiable offline contact information
  •  Other mPLUS Rewards users in the household should write to us at support@mplusrewards.com from their own individual email addresses with the following information:
    1. First and last name
    2. Date of birth
    3. Mailing address or other form of verifiable offline contact information

PLEASE NOTE: Account investigations can take up to 10 business days from the receipt of your verification information.

  • We'll contact you as soon as we finish reviewing your account. 
  • While the accounts are being investigated, you won't be able to earn any mPLUS Rewards, nor will you be able to redeem current points for awards.
