First, be patient! It may be that we are waiting on confirming your award, so wait at least 24 hours.
Secondly, make sure you're signed in on EVERY app! If you're not signed in, your balance display in that app may not be synced with your account on our servers yet and may not show your updated balance.
If you still feel that your mPLUS Points balance is wrong, please submit a support request below explaining the situation and we'll be happy to look into it.
