Why Isn't It Letting Me Register?

If you get error messages when trying to register for a mPLUS Rewards account, it may be due to one of several reasons:

  1. You mistyped your email address (be sure to include that .com at the end!), or used a character that is not supported by email systems.
  2. Someone has already registered an account using your email address. 

If you feel this is the case, please submit a support request, include your email address and we'll look into it for you.
