Can My Family Have Accounts Too?


Members of the same household or people sharing an Internet connection can each have one account, and you can log in with more than one account on each app if your family members share devices.

However, please be aware that our terms of service strictly stipulates that each user have only one account. When we see multiple accounts logging in from the same location or device, your accounts may be placed on a temporary hold while we review the accounts. Since we don't know you and can't verify in person that you're all different individuals, we may instead ask you to go through a quick and painless verification process in order to reinstate the accounts in question.
